Tamrac Goes Wireless
Tamrac, the well-known maker of high-quality camera bags and photo backpacks,
has expanded into a whole new product category with the introduction of the
MicroSync Digital—the world’s smallest wireless system for triggering
cameras and strobes. With a maximum range of 100 feet, this miniature unit features
four channels with automatic synchronization, advanced radio frequency technology,
and a transmitter that will operate for three years on one button battery.
The MicroSync Digital fires from the hot shoe of most digital and film cameras,

Dual-Purpose Digicam From Casio
Casio’s new Exilim PRO EX-P505 is a unique digital camera offering both
5-megapixel still capture and high-quality video capability. The stylish, compact
camera features a 5x optical zoom lens, a large 2” rotating color LCD,
and a host of other advanced features.
The EX-P505 is also notable for its high-speed operation, with a start up time
of only 0.8 sec and a shutter lag of only 0.01 sec when capturing still images.
Exposure modes include Aperture-priority, Shutter-priority and Manual.
The camera captures videos in the MPEG-4 format, and will record up to two
